4. Collection & Transportation

- The client must provide a safe and accessible location for loading the scrap.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, regulatory restrictions, or site-related issues.
5. Safety & Environmental Compliance
We are committed to complying with all safety regulations and environmental standards approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The client must disclose any hazardous, harmful, or non-compliant materials before the service begins.
Failure to disclose hazardous materials may result in service refusal or the client bearing any additional responsibilities or costs.

- Unauthorized hazardous waste
- Explosive, radioactive, or prohibited materials
Any non-compliant materials may be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with regulations.
